Refund policy

At Apple Tree Playtools, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

▪︎Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

▪︎Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

▪︎Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or the incorrect item was received.

▪︎Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

▪︎Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once returned items have been received and inspected.

▪︎Items returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition may not be eligible for a full refund.

If you need to initiate a return, please contact us at nicole@eclectic-essence.com with your order number and reason for the return. Return instructions will be provided once the return request has been approved.

Please note: Due to the nature of our products and shipping costs, we are unable to reimburse return shipping costs for items returned due to personal preference or purchasing decisions unrelated to product defects or errors in fulfillment.
